About this Sexual Harassment Policy
This Sexual Harassment Policy includes a definition of what sexual harassment is and gives clear guidance to employers and employees as to what behaviour is not acceptable in the workplace. This policy also sets out a defined process to try to resolve any issues and complaints of sexual harassment internally. It also clarifies the rights and obligations of both employees, managers and supervisors, and the person responsible for dealing with any sexual harassment complaints.
